Biodiversity of Central America

Having travelled through Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama we were both amazed at the biodiversity and the amount of Flora and Fauna. Neither Sharon or I cannot recall a time in Australia where you can literally see Sea Crabs walking along the beach minding their own business to the sea and ignoring you Or seeing Lizards running like lightning instead of being in a comatose state like in the zoo. Not to mention the array of birds of paradise, sloths, monkeys particularly capuchin and  howler monkeys, crocodiles and raccoons which you need to chase away as they like shiny things and picnic baskets. All of these inhabit the forests and can be easily seen in their true environment. Visiting the 3 countries has been a truly amazing experience.

My picture of today is: a runner on his daily run on the beach what can be better than that???
